Cecilia Frigati is an Italian artist currently living and working in London. She received her Fine Art Degree in Painting from Bologna Art Academy in 2006 and broaden her art studies in Textile Techniques  and Fashion Design from St. Martin’s College of Art London 2008 and Interior Design from The British College of Interior Design in 2011.

Her paintings consist mostly of natural elements and the forces of nature in continuous motion. She is also touched and moved by natural catastrophes and calamities. Probably the most important components in her expression are the lights and colors, swirling, spinning and twisting as a result of a subjective impression of what she sees in her mind.

Her favorite technique is oil on canvas and on boards but also enjoys using different methods such as watercolors, acrylic, and mixed technique. She has already participated at different collectives in Italy and across London before joining for a short term Liquid Gallery until summer 2012.
