Exploring the unconventional and surreal in terms of the subconscious are themes I have always been fascinated by.
Inspired by the pressures of beauty within society this series is an exploration of the fragility of idealism.

The subject is overtaken by her surroundings.

Succumbing to the environment it imprints itself upon her. She has begun to disappear into each image.
Blending into the scenery, becoming see through, she isn’t herself anymore.

Biography

I have always taken a great interest in Psychoanalysis, especially in examining the chaos and power of the subconscious mind.
Pushing the boundaries of conceptual portraiture is photography I am especially passionate about.

I studied at Tower Hamlets College, Photography ‘A’ level and at LCC with Darkroom Techniques.
‘BA’ in Photography at the University of Westminister.

Assistant at Spring Studios and New York Fashion Week.
Photographer for designer ‘Suede Square’ at New York Fashion Week.
Photographer for ‘Salon Ohh La La’ at London Fashion Week.

Currently working as a freelance photographer and setting up a makeover and photography business ‘Blush Makeovers’ with a team of creative talents.
