Hiring the Vibe Gallery for your meetings

The Gallery is a continuous open plan exhibition space with new exhibitions usually every 2 weeks, that means that your meetings will be in a new and exciting environment with artworks by some the freshest talent in the art world. The Gallery has the facilities to provide for your meetings in a professorial and relaxed way.

Fully furnished and prepared specifically for group use, the Gallery can cater for small groups of between 5 and 60 seated visitors at any given time. Along side the opportunity to peruse the Gallery, people who wish to use the space would also have the full benefit of a competitively priced Tea, Coffee and Breakfast service.


Hire for Breakfast Meeting 

  • Morning Hire (8am to 11pm)
The Gallery can cater for small groups of between 5 and 35 visitors seated at any given time. Along side the opportunity to peruse the Gallery, people who wish to use the space would also have the full benefit of a competitively priced Tea, Coffee and Breakfast service.


Hire for meeting

    • Morning Hire  (9am to 12pm)
    • NOTE The Gallery cannot be hired between 12 and 6pm as during these hours it is an art gallery only
    • Evening Hire  (6pm to 11pm)
The Gallery can cater for small groups of between 5 and 35 visitors seated at any given time. Along side the opportunity to peruse the Gallery, people who wish to use the space would also have the full benefit of a competitively priced Tea, Coffee, and bar service.


Hire for Board or AGM 

  • Morning Hire  (9am to 12pm)
  • NOTE The Gallery cannot be hired between 12 and 6pm as during these hours it is an art gallery only
  • Evening Hire  (6pm to 11pm)
The Gallery can cater for small groups of between 5 and 70 seated AGM visitors at any given time, but has the capability to hold a further 50 standing. Along side the opportunity to peruse the Gallery, people who wish to use the space would also have the full benefit of a competitively priced Tea, Coffee and fully licensed bar (open in the evenings between 6pm and 11pm).


Hire for Evening Promotional Event  

  • Promotional event Evening (6mp to 11pm)  6PM TO 11PM

The Gallery can cater up to 120 visitors at any given time with 70 seated, and fifty standing. Along side the opportunity to peruse the Gallery, people who wish to use the space would also have the full benefit of competitively priced Tea, Coffee and fully licensed bar (open in the evenings between 6pm and 11pm).
